Tips för smal kropp # 1

För det första! Måste säga att jag själv INTE har en smal kropp. Jag vill så gärna gå ner i vikt , men det är svårt.
Och jag hitta detta tipset på en sida.
Tyvärr så står det på engelska och jag orkade verkligen inte översätta. Men om det är någon mening du inte förstår är det bara att fråga.


4 steps to lose weight.

   them up because they know raw veggies will slim them down.

* Eating raw fruits & veggies, drinking wheyprotein & icecold
   water means.... You'll never gett hungry,never have any 
   crawnings ore a big appetite so.... You'll eat less and lose
   weight fast.

* Raw fruits & veggies remove toxins from you'r blood and once 
   these toxins are gone...The enzymes in the raw fruits &
